This month, Felix, our regular customer took the challenge to make a tarte au citron (lemon tart).
We have to say, it was amazing, as good as we could taste in France's most fancy patisserie.
Doe tasted like biscuit, crunchy and a bit salty to contrast with the perfectly lemoned cream, sour and melting.
It took him 4 hours to do it. The process was kind of delicate and precise. We sold 4 slices today, 5 was reserved for tasting with him, his family and our friends. Only one is left for tomorrow!
