Les Navettes de Marseille

A very good friend from France visited us. As she's from Marseille, she brought us the famous Navettes from Four des Navettes.
This bakery is the oldest in Marseille. Only the Imbert family make this special shape, with this particular provençale recipe.

Navette has the shape of a boat and is a crunchy cookie, with an amazing subtil orange blossom flavor.
Perfect with light coffee or tea.
