ミッテ区ユダヤ人地区のシナゴークのすぐ裏手にあるチーズケーキ専門店。
ドイツのチーズケーキといえば、濃さや重さで勝負!?と言わんばかりの迫力で、繊細なものは見かけませんが、ここは違います。ケーキの美しさにもこだわっています。
特に女の子ならば、誰もが一度は試したくなっちゃうはずです。ピカピカに磨かれたショーウィンドウ、洗練された店内、ジュエリーのように並ぶケーキの数々。
そしてなんて言ったって、お店の名前がプリンセスチーズケーキ!
お味はもちろんプリンセス級です。
お値段もプリンセス級、ひとつ約４ユーロ。（通常の倍の価格です。）
本当に素敵なんだけれど、お店を覗くたびに感じる大きな違和感。。。
それはいつもプリンセスが不在であること。
昨年末、前を通りかかった時は大きな大きな年配の女性が一人でポツリ。
ケーキが小さく見える程、大きな体をゆさゆさして働いていました。元プリンセス?!!
そして今回接客してくれたのはやさしい２人の男性。どちらかがプリンセス?!!

When we're talking about german cheesecakes, we would say they're thick and heavy right?! Delicacy is quite rare, but not here. They are also concerned by the beauty of the cake.
If you're a girl or not, you'd surely be interested. The immaculate window shows a refine interior and cakes are presented like jewelry.
Above all, the store's name is Princess Cheesecake!!!
The taste is of course, Princess level.
Prices are Princess too, one piece is around 4 euros (twice the usual price).
It's really beautiful but I felt a strange discomfort while I was checking the place.
That's because the Princess wasn't there.
At the end of last year, when I passed the store randomly, there was a huge old woman, all alone.
So huge that the cakes appeared smaller, so tall, it felt like she was taking the whole place while working. The true princess?
But this time, two nice men served me. Who's the princess then?!!!
