Last wednesday ~20.02.13~, we invited JULIE to cook in the café and share with you (and us, hehe) her special recipes.
So, she made marinated red peppers on toasts with homemade cheese cream. A very mediterranean snack to cheer us up during this very grey winter.
For the sweet part, she introduced us a fruity cake, full of plums and apples, nuts and almonds, with a good dash of honey.
She named it "Le gâteau du dimanche" because it's really a piece to have on sundays, as comforting as a grandma's cake.
